Continue through</div> <div> the magical wood of Weris. You pass the old menhir</div> <div> quarry and go to your accommodation for the next two days;</div> <div> chambre d'hotel Au Foyer. This combination with Au Foyer </div> <div> has recently been added to the walking arrangements</div> <div> of La Petite Ourse.</div> <div> The walks from 16 upto 20 km take you through the</div> <div> quite, shady valley of the crystal clear mountain</div> <div> stream the Aisne. You can see the trout jump here.</div> <div> In Weris you will get acquainted with the megalithic</div> <div> past of the area.</div> <div> Your walk takes you to see menhirs, megalithic tombs</div> <div> and other magical stone formations. Returning to </div> <div> La Petite Ourse, you walk through open ground with</div> <div> beautiful, panoramic views of the Aisne valley and its</div> <div> villages. You partly follow marked trails and partly</div> <div> follow the map.</div> <bR> <bR> <div> You will arrive at La Petite Ourse on Monday.</div> <div> You will receive a well-detailed map of the area, during</div> <div> lunch you can make plans to explore the area of </div> <div> La Petite Ourse on foot.</div> <bR> <div> In the evening a three course dinner is served.</div> <div> Tuesday morning after breakfast you prepare to</div> <div> walk to Au Foyer in Weris. A well-packed lunch</div> <div> will be provided by La Petite Ourse.</div> <div> At Au Foyer you are welcomed by the host and</div> <div> hostess Victor and Astrid. Your luggage has already</div> <div> arrived by then. In the evening Victor will prepare</div> <div> a delicious three-course dinner for you.</div> <div> On Wednesday you walk 14 km and visit the</div> <div> megalithic monuments of Weris. You pass "Pierre Haina",</div> <div> the stone that closes off the gate to hell, the </div> <div> "Lit du Diable" and the dolmen of Weris and Oppagne.</div> <div> A packed lunch is provided for you. In the evening you</div> <div> will enjoy the fine cooking of Au Foyer again. Thursday</div> <div> morning after breakfast and after you have packed your</div> <div> luggage you walk back to La petite Ourse. Victor and</div> <div> Astrid will provide a surprise packed lunch for you.</div> <bR> <div> Today you will walk through an entirely different landscape</div> <div> than the previous day. Open grounds with small patches of</div> <div> wood here and there, You pass the quite villages of </div> <div> Pas Bayard, Fisenne and Soy to finally reach La Petite Ourse</div> <div> through the wood of "Fond de Tave".
